Permissions: By connecting third-party accounts (e.g., CRMs, Social Media, Lead Gen tools), you grant Syncbot.cloud the necessary permissions to access, retrieve, and move data on your behalf.
Compliance: You agree to comply with the Terms of Service of any third-party platform you connect to Syncbot.cloud.
Prohibited Use: You may not use the Service for any illegal activities, including the unauthorized scraping of data or the distribution of malware.
5. Fees and Payments
Subscription: Certain features of Syncbot.cloud require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Billing: By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that payment method.
Changes: We reserve the right to change our pricing upon notice to you.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, software, and branding on Syncbot.cloud are the exclusive property of Pixlence Marketing and Media Services Private Limited. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Company.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
