1. Principles
Syncbot is built for legitimate business communication with people who expect to hear from you. Customers must use the platform respectfully, lawfully, and in line with WhatsApp, Meta, telecom, privacy, and consumer protection requirements.
2. Prohibited Use
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, scraped lists without consent, or deceptive opt-in practices.
- Fraud, phishing, impersonation, malware, credential harvesting, or misleading links.
- Harassment, hate, threats, violence, exploitation, or illegal products and services.
- Regulated messaging without required approvals, disclosures, licenses, or safeguards.
- Attempts to bypass Meta policies, rate limits, billing controls, security controls, or message quality systems.
3. WhatsApp Messaging Rules
Customers are responsible for consent, approved templates, opt-out handling, accurate sender identity, message relevance, and honoring user preferences. Campaigns should include clear context and should not mislead recipients about the sender, offer, or purpose.
4. Enforcement
Syncbot may suspend campaigns, limit sending, disable integrations, remove content, or terminate accounts that violate this policy or create risk for recipients, Meta assets, customers, or Syncbot infrastructure.
