1. Agreement

By accessing or using Syncbot, a platform operated by Pixlence Marketing and Media Services Private Limited, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use Syncbot for a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that company.

2. Syncbot Service

Syncbot is an AI-powered WhatsApp sales intelligence and automation platform for business teams. The service may include workspace management, WhatsApp connection, templates, campaigns, flows, inbox, ecommerce triggers, chatbot widgets, integrations, analytics, and administration tools.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as the product evolves, while making reasonable efforts to avoid material disruption to active customers.

3. Customer Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate account, business, billing, and integration information.
  • You are responsible for contact consent, opt-in records, message content, audience lists, templates, campaigns, and compliance with applicable law.
  • You must protect login credentials, API tokens, Meta assets, and workspace access.
  • You must not use Syncbot for spam, fraud, deceptive messaging, illegal activity, harassment, malware, or policy-violating content.

4. WhatsApp, Meta, and Third-Party Platforms

Syncbot connects to Meta and WhatsApp services through approved APIs and embedded signup flows. Your use of WhatsApp features must comply with Meta Platform Terms, WhatsApp Business Terms, WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, commerce policies, template requirements, and all applicable messaging laws.

Meta may approve, reject, limit, disable, or review phone numbers, display names, templates, businesses, accounts, or messaging quality independently of Syncbot.

5. AI Features

Syncbot may offer AI-assisted reply drafting, lead scoring, summaries, routing, automation, template drafting, and recommendations. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed by your team before use in sensitive, regulated, legal, medical, financial, or high-impact decisions.

Workspace admins are responsible for configuring AI providers and deciding what business data may be processed by selected models.

6. Plans, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans, messaging charges, add-ons, taxes, and payment terms will be shown during checkout or in a signed order. Unless separately agreed, fees are non-refundable once a billing period begins, except where required by law.

You may cancel future renewals according to the plan terms. Cancellation does not remove responsibility for unpaid usage, platform fees, messaging charges, or committed subscription periods.

7. Service Limits and Liability

Syncbot is provided on an "as available" basis. We work to keep the platform reliable, secure, and useful, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, deliverability, revenue outcomes, Meta approval, template approval, or message delivery.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Syncbot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

8. Contact

For terms, billing, or contract questions, email legal@syncbot.cloud or contact the Syncbot sales team through syncbot.cloud.
